For Mac OS, the hub only supports SST mode, limiting external monitors to display the same content. Mac users must be aware of this limitation.

This USB-C hub is compatible with most laptops and devices with a Type-C port, including MacBook, MacBook Pro, iMac, Chromebook, Huawei MateBook, Dell XPS, HP Spectre, Lenovo Yoga/ThinkPad, MSI GS, Razer Blade, Alienware, iPad Pro, Surface Book, and Samsung Galaxy phones. It is not compatible with laptops without USB-C ports like most Acer series, Apple USB SuperDrive, Surface Laptop 3, and Nintendo Switch.
